Rachel Fine, MS, RD, CDN, CEDS for Dance Magazine

Rachel Fine is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with advanced certifications in Eating Disorders, Sports Nutrition, and Intuitive Eating. Rachel is the founder of To The Pointe Nutrition and creator of The Healthy Dancer® and The Dance Nutritionist®. As a former professional dancer turned dietitian, Rachel intertwines her passion for ballet and nutrition to deliver attainable, yet scientifically sound, information to dancers worldwide. Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics. Previous academic appointments include Rachel’s work as a clinical dietitian at NYU Langone Medical Center, dance researcher at the NYU School of Medicine Harkness Center for Dance Injuries, and as a Clinical Adjunct Professor of Nutrition & Exercise at LIU Post University.
