We’ve spent a lot of time showering love on our favorite hip-hop littles. And with good reason: These kids are the definition of fierce and they routinely push dancers twice their age to work even harder.

But at the other end of the spectrum, there are hip-hop…oldsters. Let me introduce you to The Hip Op-eration Crew from New Zealand, which includes 22 members between the ages of 68 and 96. They’re literally giving us #lifegoals. We’ve seen 92-year-old Rockettes and “Oldtown Funk” but this, this is next level stuff.

The crew works at an understandably slow pace, but member Leila Gilchrist told the Huffington Post, “I’m having the best time of my life.” D’awwww!

Watch them, oh-so-carefully, crush their latest routine. I am LIVING for these ladies and their perfectly coiffed hair, stud earrings and manicures. Oh, and the one who’s onstage with her cane. Incredible.
