Maks & Val & Peta, Oh My! Their Tour Starts Tomorrow

March 17, 2018

And as if this terrific trio weren’t enough, “SYTYCD” finalists Koine “Koko” Iwasaki and Chris “Kiki” Nyemchek will be there, too!

Starting tomorrow night in Springfield, MO, and reaching 47 more cities before a grand finale in Las Vegas, NV, this quintet of dance-on-TV royalty (plus seven more of L.A.’s best dancers, nbd) promise a spectacular all-new show “driven by a narrative of true love, family and stories that up until now, have remained confidential.”

You might be surprised to find out that Nyemchek started training with Maks and Val at the tender age of seven, and has kept learning and performing with everyone’s favorite ballroom brothers ever since. “After an amazing season on ‘SYTYCD,’ where I finished top four, I am super-stoked to be on this tour,” Nyemchek said. “I was lucky enough to do ‘Our Way’ [the Chmerkovskys’ 2016 national tour], and feel very privileged to be joining them again.”

Iwasaki adds, “I first worked with Val last year on ‘So You Think You Can Dance,’ where he taught me to salsa. It was one of my favorite dances on the show. I’m honored that Val is trusting me to be on the team and learning a whole new style of dance for the tour is very exciting.”

The tour almost exclusively stops in each of the 49 cities for just one performance, so book those tickets now! You don’t want to miss out on so many small-screen stars dancing LIVE, right in front of you.
