Angelica Generosa is on her way to ballerina stardom.
The Pacific Northwest Ballet corps member grew up in New Jersey, studying at Princeton Ballet School and the School of American Ballet before joining PNB as an apprentice in 2011. Since then, she’s performed leading parts in Peter Boal’s
Giselle
, Susan Stroman’s TAKE FIVE…More or Less and Kent Stowell’s Nutcracker. She’s also originated roles in work by Andrew Bartee and Twyla Tharp. Catch her this month in PNB’s new production of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, and read on for The Dirt. —Jenny Ouellette
