Jerome Robbins on PBS

February 17, 2009

Curl up with your Snuggie tonight and tune into PBS for “Jerome Robbins: Something to Dance About,” a two-hour film about the life of the late director-choreographer. The documentary will feature excerpts from Robbins’ personal journals, archival performance footage and never-before-seen rehearsal recordings. It’ll also include interviews with more than 40 people who were touched by Robbins’ remarkable life, like Mikhail Baryshnikov, Jacques d’Amboise, Peter Martins, Suzanne Farrell and Chita Rivera. Enjoy!
