Last year, Peter Chu took home the top prize at the Capezio A.C.E. Awards: a $15,000 production budget to use for his own show in NYC. Now, one year later, Chu will return to the city to debut Nothing Sticks, the first major performance by his company, chuthis. Chu, who also performs with
Kidd Pivot, uses several dance styles in the piece, as well as innovative lighting and interactive animation. If his winning work was any indication, this is a don’t-miss show!
Nothing Sticks runs July 28-31 at the Roseland Theatre in NYC.
