SFB Abroad

San Francisco Ballet is hitting the road this month! The company was invited to tour China in honor of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 30th anniversary of the nation’s diplomatic relations with the U.S. The three-week tour to Shanghai, Suzhou and Beijing will include two programs with a total of eight performances of Swan Lake and a mixed-repertory program that includes works by George Balanchine, Helgi Tomasson and Christopher Wheeldon.
