Milwaukee Ballet Takes On Neverland

There’s pixie dust in the air at Milwaukee Ballet as the company debuts its full-length performance of Peter Pan, choreographed by MB artistic director Michael Pink. The performance is part of the company’s 40th anniversary celebration. May 13–16; milwaukeeballet.org

All-American ABT

American Ballet Theatre
celebrates its 70th anniversary this year! The company’s annual Metropolitan Opera House season in NYC will include a premiere by John Neumeier, an all-American program and a tribute to legendary ballerina Alicia Alonso. May 17–July 10; abt.org

 

Highlighting Houston’s Heritage

Houston shows its state pride this month as Houston Ballet presents Pecos. The program will showcase Mark Morris’ witty Sandpaper Ballet, George Balanchine’s virtuosic Ballet della Regina and Stanton Welch’s Pecos Bill. May 27–June 6; houstonballet.org
