Canadian Collaboration

Alberta Ballet
’s brand-new work Fumbling Towards Ecstasy will have its world premiere in Calgary this month. The company teamed up with Canadian music sensation Sarah McLachlan to create a ballet inspired by and featuring her songs. With choreography by AB artistic director Jean Grand-Maître (the choreography director for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games ceremonies!) and costumes by fashion

Ballet Royalty

The Royal Danish Ballet
heads to NYC for the first time in 23 years this June as part of its 2011 US tour. The company will dance five mixed-repertoire performances at Lincoln Center’s David H.
