Greetings from your new style editor! This is the first time you are all hearing from me, but certainly not the last. I promise to provide you with the latest fashion and beauty tips that will help you look your best in the studio, on the stage and strutting down the street. Even us dancers shouldn’t be walking on our toes in shoes like this! As fashion-forward as I am, I believe designers Marc Jacobs and Antonio Berardi have taken innovative stilettos a step too far (ahem, where’s the heel?). A better trend to follow is the classic ballet flat (to be worn outside the studio). Create your own at Steve Madden; mix and match to make your ideal base and bow color combo. Replenish your soles and they will thank you when you really do need to work those arches.
