Yanis Marshall Didn't Win "Britain's Got Talent," But He Did Win OUR HEARTS
Prepare to be totally obsessed.
No, really: Brace yourselves, guys. Because THINGS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER YOU SEE YANIS MARSHALL DANCE.
GET IT (via Buzzfeed)
Actually, you may have already met Yanis, our new favorite ever. Last year, the French choreographer and his fellow be-heeled dancers blew up the internets with a Spice Girls video filmed all over Paris.
The got all up in that Eiffel Tower, natch.
But this month Yanis and his crew—friends Arnaud Boursain and Mehdi Mamine—reached a whole new level of fame when they competed on “Britain’s Got Talent.” Because the world is a terribly unjust place, they finished in the 11th spot after performing what we thought was the world’s most incredible Beyoncé* medley. (Simon Cowell, your buzzing disgusts us just as much as it disgusted your fellow judges, who were literally dancing at the judging table.)
Who buzzes this??
But if the “Britain’s Got Talent” group had seen this rehearsal video for the Beyoncé routine, which Yanis just released on YouTube, things might have turned out better. It is, if possible, even more fantastic than the Yanis and Friends performance on the show itself.
Never stop, Yanis. DON’T. EVER. STOP.
*Did we mention that Yanis has also earned the official Queen Bey seal of approval?? We want to BE you, girl.
